A really lovely bookcase / display cabinet by E Gomme for G Plan in a blonde wood.
 
Upper compartment closed with original glass sliding doors and with a glass shelf of adjustable height.
 
Lower compartment closed with wooden sliding doors and G Plan E Gomme stamp in gold inside.
 
This is the second of a pair I have for sale - in lovely condition, solid and sturdy with some evidence in places of water marks or wear but gently rubbed down and re-varnished.
 
This lovely piece would look great beside a sofa or in an alcove next to a fireplace in any vintage-style home with a mid-century aesthetic.
